This week's letter from Mrs Mayers...

Dear Parents and Carers

As the sunny days continue, we've been reminding everyone to stay safe in the sun - don't forget hats, water bottles and to apply sun cream in the morning.

A huge well done to our school choir, who sang beautifully at the Big Sing in the Big Top at St Dunstan's Sports Ground in Catford. What a magical event! A special thank you to Mrs Shanahan for all of her hard work and dedication in preparing our children for their performances. This is the last event for choir this year and there will be no more choir until September 2025.

If you can, do join us for the Rock Steady concert next week, on 2nd July at 2pm, in the school hall! Please take a look at our notices below about the Summer Fair so you know what donations are needed next week.

I hope you all have a lovely weekend.

Kind regards

Hayley Mayers (Headteacher)

School Information / Reminders

Arbor logoArbor Parent App / Portal

Thank you to everyone who has already logged in.

Please can all parents/carers make time to download the app and login. You will have received an email entitled 'Welcome to Arbor'. To ensure you continue to receive messages from school.

We will be streamlining communications & payments - all on the Arbor Parent App:

  • Text messages are expensive to send, therefore we will be moving to in-app messages (which are free to send). Please ensure you have notifications switched on. This will also keep messages in one place.
  • Payments - you can make payments online for school trips (& in future for music lessons). Nursery parents & carers can pay for lunches & additional hours (if applicable). Helpsheet for making payments on the Arbor App.

If you have an outstanding balance, you will be able to see this when you log into the app - if you think the amount is incorrect, please contact the office.

Congratulations to....

Kostek in Yr3!  Last Saturday, Kostek had a tournament in Jiu-Jitsu. He was working so hard and he won and he was recognised as a champion The Most Technical Student Category of his group! What an incredible achievement! Well done Kostek!

Congratulations to...

Phanuel in Yr4! Phanuel plays for an Under 9s football team called FC United. Last week, he received a trophy for being the football player with the BEST ATTITUDE! This is such a great achievement and we are all very proud of Phanuel. Keep it up Phanuel!
